How much does custom software or an app cost?
It depends on what you need, so we scope the work and give you a clear quote before any code is written. Many projects start as one well defined tool or automation and grow from there, which keeps the initial cost low and the value easy to see.
Can you automate our spreadsheets and manual processes?
Almost always, yes. It is one of the most common things we are asked to do. We map how the work happens today, automate the repetitive parts, and connect it to the tools you already use, so your team spends less time copying data between systems.
Do you support Windows as well as Mac?
Yes. Apple is a core strength, but we work across Windows, Linux and cloud platforms every day and are comfortable in mixed environments where everything has to work together.
Do we have to change IT providers to have software built?
No. We can build and support software as a standalone project or as part of fully managed IT, whichever suits you. Either way, you deal with the same team that understands your systems.
Where are you based, and do you work outside Sydney?
We are based in Sydney and work remotely by design, supporting businesses across Australia. For Sydney businesses we also provide onsite support when it is needed.
