Per user, per month
Every plan is priced per user and excludes GST.
Automation runs on us
Monitoring, patching and automation run in the background on every plan. That work is ours to do and it never touches your weekly hours.
Four hours of our time a week
Your plan includes four hours of our time each week, pooled across your business. Gold makes it eight. Anything hands-on comes out of it: calls, projects, the ad-hoc jobs.
$150 an hour past the allowance
Once the weekly hours are used, everything after them is billed at $150 an hour plus GST. Onboarding, remediation, migrations and hardware are always quoted separately.
Past 250 users, we quote
The per-user plans are built for teams up to 250. Above that an engagement looks different enough that we quote it as a whole, rather than multiply a per-user rate and hope it fits.

We support Apple, Microsoft and Linux environments. The tooling is matched to the platform.

Most businesses should take Silver.

Managed workplace gives you the best balance of productivity, security and predictable monthly cost. Bronze suits a business that already has its licensing sorted and wants oversight plus a number to call. Gold is for teams that want security and hardware planned a year out.

The fine print

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
  • Plans are per user, per month. Silver and Gold each cover one primary device per user.
  • Monitoring, patching and automation run continuously and are not counted against your weekly hours.
  • Every plan includes four hours of our time a week, pooled per client, and eight on Gold. Hands-on work is counted against it: calls, remote sessions, projects and ad-hoc requests.
  • Time beyond the weekly allowance is billed at $150 per hour plus GST, in the month it is used.
  • Unused hours do not carry over from one week to the next.
  • Onboarding, remediation, migrations and hardware are always quoted separately.
  • Microsoft 365 licensing is included on Silver and Gold, matched to platform. Bronze does not include licensing.
  • Jamf is included on Silver and Gold for Mac fleets of 25 or more devices.
  • The published plans cover teams of up to 250 users. Larger fleets are quoted as a whole agreement.
  • The estimator is indicative. Your written quote is the number that counts.
